Jazzy: I'm an MS, RD. In other words, I'm a nutritionist and I know all about food, cooking, dieting, exercise, nutrition and 80's movies. I try to eat well and think we should all strive to improve our diets and lifestyles for optimum health, but in small steps and in a realistic manner. I don't eat only carrots and neither should you. I can't afford to buy all organic, cook all my meals at home or exercise 4 hours a day, nor would I want to. I also weigh more than the average super model, but work hard to be strong and healthy. I'm a realistic nutritionist and I'd like to help you on your path to a healthier you. Ask me your questions! No question is to big, small or random. (As long as it somehow pertains to nutrition, food or wellness.) If I can't answer it, I'll find someone who can.
